Happy Sunday!
This week’s letter is short and sweet. We closed up shop on Friday to have a long weekend for ourselves, and I am in the beautiful Victorian seaside town of Port Fairy for a family reunion. We have them every two years, so it’s loads of fun.
So, because I am squished for time, I’m going to truncate the format this week!
We will return to Regular Programming next week. 😁
Tip of the Week
When designing a publication - for any purpose - the most critical rules are not governance rules. They are exclusion rules. What you exclude tells the world what you are.
The Sunday five
First, listen to this experimental Tim Ferriss Show episode where Dr Sam Harris will teach you how master your mind (just not while driving a car.
Then, when you are in the zone, read this article on how to capitalise on the current shortage of design talent.
When you have that sorted out, learn how to use the right words to make amazing digital customer service.
Fourthly, learn how to love a market downturn, so you’ll never worry about it again.
And finally, Show the world how much you rock, by using Twitter for lead generation (because this article tells you how).
As a BONUS this week, an article from me. This one will tell you why Case Studies are so much more powerful than reviews.
Have an amazing weekend!
